And heavy weights ;
Expect to be bothered
By the smell of men in summer
As they carry around their flab.

Unemployed now, living on a budget,
Eating through one’s debt,
Ordinary in small things,
Confused from the river to the sea,
Marching in large groups.

It is not only war, police, and health,
It’s not only the oceans rising,
Race, gender, religion, and
The air getting thin,
Prepare yourself for better days
In this country of ours.
