is how I remember the last spelling bee
I got exposed to a squiggled red line
and changed my words for exactitude
it suggested synonyms, it proposed active stances
when I write to you now, my words of choice
appear with the first typed letter,
as if second guessed by a Turing courtisan,
this is how much of me can be foretold
or how much of you has been taken away.
